| WyldLife take over at Cinnamon Productions! |
Last Friday we had to switch things up at WyldLife. Instead of meeting at the park like normal, we met at Cinnamon Productions to escape the rain. It was awesome to see just how many kids came out. I think we pretty much took over the whole place!

Before we all started driving kids to school, Chris shared a little about how Jesus switched things around in regards to how important people should act. Instead of having others serve them, or showing off the fact that they are important, Jesus said that truly important people are servants to everyone else.
Jesus knew a little something of what this was like. It is safe to say that there isn't anyone that is more important than Jesus. He is God, and he was there when the world was created. He plays a part in keeping this creation together, and has the power to do incredible miracles. Not only that, but people wanted to be around him. He was a powerfully moving speaker, able to control a crowd, and someone others wanted to be around.
Jesus came to serve. Jesus lead by example and showed us what it is like to be in the Kingdom of God. Jesus shows that in the Kingdom, the true leaders don't order others around without regard to their well-being, but true leaders serve others. Jesus did this even to the point of allowing himself to be crucified.
A leader that loves those he is leading, and cares and serves them is truly inspiring. This is the way Jesus said those who follow him are to lead. This is the way Jesus leads. He doesn't command us to do things without regard to our needs and desires, but cares for us as he leads.
What a wonderful leader to have!
