Its the start of a new year at LRMS! As I write this, kids and families all over Ladera are getting ready for the start of the new year. For some, this will be their first year in middle school, and that means that this will also be THEIR FIRST YEAR IN WYLDLIFE!!
We are so excited for all the new friends we will make this year, and all the new and exciting things that lie ahead for Ladera WyldLife this year. I am looking forward to meeting all the new 6th graders, and then a bunch of new 7th and 8th graders that may not have ever come last year!
Also, I am excited to announce a shift in the leadership of the Ladera WyldLife club!

Grant is an amazing leader, with such a heart for middle school kids. His vision for WyldLife this year is incredible, and I am certain that this group will group in more ways than one under his care and leadership.
Grant has some great plans for WyldLife this year. We will be having our usual Friday morning meetings, now called Friday Mornings at Founders, with doughnuts, games, and a message about Jesus. We will also be having club every other week, starting in October. These will be high energy, fun, meetings, with lots of games, some songs, and a message about Jesus at the end. These meetings will be happening in the evenings. We are still working on the location, but we will be getting out a calendar with the locations and times in early September. We are also working on starting small group Bible studies that will be on Wednesday mornings before school, and then monthly events as well.
This is going to be a big year for WyldLife in Ladera Ranch!
Friday Mornings at Founders start next Friday, September 4!!!!
I cannot wait to see what is in store for us this year!
